Monday Bandit Training 7/31

 

Get better this week than you were last week. Start by doing the following…

  • Walk 1 minute, jog 1 minute. Repeat for 5 – 10 sets
  • Do as many downups as you can in 1 minute, keep count
  • Whatever your number of downups, x by 2 and do that many lunge walk strides
  • Immediately following the lunge walk, complete the same number of downups that you’d done above, with no time limit

For Monday

  • How many pushups can you do in a minute? If you can’t do at least 10 real ones, do what you can from the knees
  • However many pushups you did, use that # for the amount of downups you’ll do
  • Rest only 15 seconds and do 1 less downup than the previous set
  • Repeat this cycle until you get down to 1 downup
  • Rest 5 minutes
  • Do as many downups as you can do in one minute
  • Use THAT as your number for modified pushups
  • Rest 30 seconds and repeat, doing 1 less pushup each set until you get to 1

Bandit 11/1

Take either 5 pieces (if they’re regular size) or 10 pieces (if miniatures) of your favorite Halloween candy. However many calories the first one contains is how many squat thrusts you’ll do. Take as many sets as you need to complete the set. Do the same with the second piece but do a combination of squats and squat jumps, doesn’t matter how you break it up. Go back to squat thrusts with your third piece and follow the same format, rotating between the two moves until you work through all your candy.
