Today will be a ladder – using a specific number sequence. The three exercises will be, in this order, burpee / deep squat / mountain climbers. The sequence will be as follows…
- 10 burpees / 20 squats / 30 mountain climbers
- 9 burpees / 18 squats / 27 mountain climbers
- 8 burpees / 16 squats / 24 mountain climbers
- 7 / 14 / 21
- 6 / 12 / 18
- 5 / 10 / 15
