My favorite Easter routine. Knock this out Monday, Wednesday and Friday of this week. Short and sweet.

  • Lung walk 50 strides and do 5 jailhouse pushups
  • Lunge walk 40 strides and do 4 jailhouse pushups
  • then 30/3, 20/2, 10/1
