  • jump squats x 20 / hamstring arches x 20 x 3 sets no rest
  • rest 3 minutes
  • lunges x 20 per leg / mountain climbers x 20 per leg x 3 set no rest
  • rest 3 minutes
  • drop lunges x 20 per leg / hamstring arches x 20 per leg x 3 sets no rest
  • repeat for 2 sets each
  • repeat for 1 set each
