It occurred to me that I’ve not posted anything for you crazies to do for quite a while. So, here you go…

 

  • 100 knee pushups
  • 100 squats
  • 100 crunches
  • rest for 3 – 5 minutes
  • repeat for a total of 3 times, always resting 3-5 minutes after every 300 reps
