“You’re only as good as your shittiest day, so don’t have many of them”

 

Do as many pushups, squats, crunches and mountain climbers as you can before you fail

Rest 3 minutes

Do the same exercises but do 1/2 of what you maxed out at before

Rest 3 minutes

Do half of your 2nd set
