Get your timer out…

  • 10 full pushups / 10 knee pushups / 10 jumping jack squats for 1 minute, cycling through as many times as you can in that minute
  • Rest one minute
  • Repeat but do 9 of each
  • Rest one minute
  • Follow this all the way down until you do 1 of each for a minute
