Drink some Gatorade to get rid of your st pattys hangover. Then do the following…

Set your timer and walk briskly for 1 minute, then run HARD for 1 minute, then jog slowly for 1 minute, then do mountain climbers for 1 minute. This is one set. Do NOT rest. Once you’ve finished your mountain climbers, start back into your 1 minute of walking IMMEDIATELY. Do this for 5-1o sets
