March 12th Training

 

Jumping Jack Squats (start with feet together and do a jumping jack. when your feet come back together is when you’ll squat) x 2 minutes

Downups x 2 minutes

Mountain Climber x 1 minute

Sit Ups x 2 minutes

Mountain Climber x 1 minute

Crunches x 2 minutes

Rest 3 minutes and repeat 2-4 more times
