  • (lower all the way to the ground, lift up your hands so that your chest is resting on the ground, put them back down and press back up)

Jump Squat x 50

Plyo Pushup x 25

Drop Lunge x 50

Jailhouse Pushup x 15

Run 1600 (1 mile)

Repeat 3 x
