Bandit Training Session 2/2/16

As with all of these sessions, warm up thoroughly. That should go without saying but, to some, it hasn’t.

  • leverage pushups x 10
  • jumping jack squats x 20
  • leverage pushups x 9
  • jumping jacks squats x 18
  • leverage pushups x 8
  • jumping jack squats x 16
  • …go down until your leverage pushups are at 1 and your jumping jack squats are at 2
  • Run, hard, for 5 minutes and walk 3
  • Repeat this ladder starting at 1 pushups and 2 jjsquats then 2 and 4… all the way back up to 10 and 20IMG_0515.JPG
