If you don’t have a speedbag, use a jump rope

  • Bench Press x 5 sets of 5
  • Speed Bag x 3 sets x 2 minutes
  • Pullup x 5 x 5
  • Sledge (tire) x 100
  • Squat x 5 x 5
  • Heavy Bag x 2 sets x 9 minutes
  • Ab straps or sit ups x 100
