Bandit Session 1/13/16

Here you go, first session of 2016…

  • Find an incline of about 40 – 60 yards, could be a parking deck ramp
  • Run it HARD, walk it back down
  • At the bottom do 20 partial squats, 20 hits and 50 “100’s”
  • Take NO breaks. Go right into the sprints upon completion of the 100’s
  • Take a break after 3 sets of no more than 4 minutes
  • Do 3 more sets
