  • Run 1/4 mile
  • Max reps on the bench with 75% of your body weight x 6 minutes
  • Run 1/4 mile
  • Max reps on the bench with 50% of your body weight x 4 minutes
  • Run 1/2 mile
  • Max reps on the bench with 25% of your body weight x 2 minutes
  • Run 1/2 mile
