Bandit Training 12/20

  • Front Squat / Pullup x 2 of each on the minute for 12 minutes
  • Bench 5 x 5
  • Biceps / triceps x 100 (as many sets as it takes to get 100 reps)
  • sit up – stand ups 3 x 20 reps
  • calisthenics x 9 minutes. Mix and match
