November Training Cycle 11/18

  • Walking lunge for 30 strides
  • Down Ups x 2 minutes
  • Repeat 5 x
  • Partial push up – set a running clock for 10 minutes. At the top of the minute, do 10 pushups. At the top of the next minute do 9 and so on… your rest is whatever time you have left following each set of pushups. So the push ups routine will take you 10 minutes to complete
