Upper body / cardio

  • Leverage pushups x 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Standard pushups (partial) x 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Knee pushups (deep) x 2 sets x failure
  • walk 3 minutes, jog/run 5 minutes x 5 sets
