Treadmill work / upper body strength work / core conditioning

  • run as hard as you can maintain for 30 minutes and note how far you’ve gone
  • do 50 leverage pushups and 50 situps
  • go down by sets of 10. so 40 of each, 30… down to 10
  • what was the distance on your 30 minute run? run that distance but try to do it in 30 minutes or less
