November Training Cycle 11/8 (for 11/9)

  • Walking lunges for 2 consecutive minutes, knees to the floor
  • Immediately to full sit ups for 15-25 repetitions
  • Immediately to a 30 stride butt kick run
  • Rest for 2-3 minutes
  • Repeat the cycle starting with lunges
  • Complete for at least 3 and no more than 5 total rotations
