November Training Cycle 11/5

After thoroughly warming up, run 1 mile timed. Note your time. Then do the following…

  • 25 pushups, deep. If you can’t complete them all from a traditional stance, finish them from your knees
  • 25 deep body weight squats
  • continue down by 5’s with no rest. As in 20 of each, 15, 10 and then 5
  • rest for 5 minutes completely
  • run another timed mile. Your mile MUST be within 30 seconds of your first mile. If not, rest 6 minutes and run it again. You’ll continue running timed 1 milers (adding 1 minute of rest after each mile) until you’re able to come within 30 seconds of your NEXT fastest time
