Been gone a while, how about something good to get shit rolling again…

  • Down up x 10
  • Bear crawl x 20 strides
  • Leverage pushups x 30
  • T squat thrusts x 40
  • Jumping jack squats x 50
  • Rest 5 minutes and repeat, but the opposite order
  • Jumping jack squat x 10
  • T squat thrusts x 20
  • Leverage pushups x 30
  • Bear crawl x 40 strides
  • Down up x 50
