3 tiered downups

Drop down, do 20 mountain climbers, follow with a push up and thrust back up to your feet and do 20 jumping jack squats

Do the same thing but do 19 mountain climbers and 19 jumping jack squats

Do this all the way down to 1, doing a single pushup each time, with as little rest as needed
