Bandit Training Session 8/21/15

  • T- squat thrusts
  • Plyo Legs
  • Jumping Jack squats

The rep scheme is 25, 20, 15, 10 and 5. Meaning that you’ll do 25 of each movement, follow with a 1/4 mile run. Then do 20 repetitions of each movement followed by another 1/4 mile run. Follow this format until you’ve done all 5 sets
