Day 3, Week 3

Session 1

Heavily weighted lunge walk x 20 strides with as much weight as can be handled

Abdominal wheel x 10 deep reps

Superman x 20 reps

Above to be done for 5 sets with no rest

Then

Boxing 3 rounds x 5 minutes with weighted vest

Session 2

15 kettlebell swings

15 leverage pushups

1/4 mile run

x 5 (crossfit routine)
