100 T squat thrusts

Box 3 rounds x 5 minutes w/40 lb weighted vest

Session 2

Push / Pull x 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Work up to 1 rep max on back squat

Leg Press / Chest Press x 5 sets of failure
