Bandit 7/22

– Thorough warm up w/light stretch (anything you want) X 10 minutes
– leverage push-ups (ask me) X 50
– knee push-ups X 50
– work up to heavy Turkish Get Up X 2 (take as many sets as you need to reach your 2 rep max on each side
– standard push-ups X 5 sets X 10 reps
– thorough cool down w/deep stretch X 5-10 minutes
