MCB Training / Diamonds & Dirt / Muddy Watters Trail Run

“Luck is the last dying wish of those who want to believe that winning can happen by accident. Sweat, on the other hand, is for those who know it’s a choice”
Motor City Bootcamp notes for 6/22
– This week’s schedule is posted. Setting the wheels in motion for July, starting this week. Goal for July? Overtrain! Take no days off. If you’re sore, do less. If you’re not, do more. Train EVERY SINGLE DAY starting tomorrow. You’ll be surprised, you know why? Because YOU can’t overtrain. Your body will adapt. Even if you take 15 minutes and go for a slow jog – do something. More about this on the blog
– The new schedule is posted at jeffwatters.com. No, there are no mistakes – don’t email me and ask
– Congrats to Tracey for winning the women’s division of what sounds like the most god awful event ever. As many 1.55 mile loops as you can complete in 12 hours. She finished 36 of them, good for 55.8 miles in 11:36:59. Good shit!
