Let’s celebrate the sub zero weather and meet outside tomorrow. Bring boxing gloves! Here are the rest of this week’s notes…
– The new schedule is posted on the blog – bring boxing gloves on M W and F
– PLEASE bring dry shoes – this goes for the kids program too. If your kids come with wet shoes, they’re going to have to train in their socks
– Lunchbox sparring video is posted on the Motor City Bootcamp facebook page. Interested is seeing what we do? Check it out. But be aware, my athletes are better than yours
– Frozen Watters #2 registration is open. Get registered by going here. Our other races for the 2014 Muddy Watters Trail Series are open for registration. Sign up in the next week for discounted rates, as in half price

All training sessions will meet at Watters Performance, 23446 Woodward, unless otherwise noted
