    I have a question. I am not running cider slam this year because I have the freepress full this Sunday(with Tiffany Hyttinen). I have come upon a small(I hope) problem. It seems that I have a groin pull and it is being a pain literally. It has definitely gotten worse since my last long run and I am starting to panic. Any suggestions for last minute relief so I can focus on the race and not worry about the groin. Any input is appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
