Chutes and Ladders

Warm up and then do the following

  • ladder down (10 and 20) with partial pushups and squat jumps
  • once you’ve gotten all the way down to 1 and 2, take the stairs next to the museum down to willits. Run the willits hill up and back to the roof. Someone there will know what I’m talking about
  • do the same thing with partial pushups and t squat thrusts
  • run again
  • last ladder will be downups (10) and t squat thrusts (20), down to 1 and 2 again
  • run

Finish with some stretching
