50 step lunge walk / 25 burpees

40 step lunge walk / 20 burpees

30 step lunge walk / 15 burpees

20 step lunge walk / 10 burpees

10 lunge walk / 5 burpees

Between each set, either run the stairs down and ramps up OR ramps down and stairs up
