Bandit 7/1

For 20 minutes do the following for as many cycles as you can get through…

– 5 dive bomber w/push-up
– 10 jailhouse push-ups
– 15 burpees
– 20 T squat thrusts

Run 2 miles. Easy? Run harder. Hard? Walk when you need to. BUT COVER 2 MILES
