Motor City Bootcamp notes
– This week’s training schedule is posted on the blog.
– Tuesday, April 16th will be our Spring Hanson’s night (all day long). If you go into the Royal Oak location of Hanson’s Running Shop and tell them you’re with Motor City Bootcamp, you can purchase anything in the store at a 20% discount. Anyone getting this email can use the discount. If you’re in the market for some running shoes/gear this spring, please support those that support us.
– This Saturday is our Hart Plaza workout. Meet at the fountain, 9 am. You can park on Jefferson, in front of the City Municipal Building. There’s a pay station. If not there, use the Ren Cen deck on the West side of the building. You can walk the riverfront from there to Hart Plaza. It’s only about 100 yards. You have to be prepaid for this workout. The session fee is $10, sign up by using this link
– Special congrats to Lisa Litinas and Pat Zuber for their participation in Stay in the Shade’s Mountain Man run today. Great cause, great peeps, brutal 5 mile route. Right on guys…
– Though this Friday’s am training sessions will meet at Gusoline Alley, bring your boxing gloves.

  • 85 per month
  • 125 for 10 session punch card
  • 20 drop in fee for any 5:30 am session
Motor City Bootcamp Elite (all sessions on the schedule)
  • 125 per month
  • 165 for 10 session punch card
  • 25 drop in fee for any session other than 5:30 am
All training sessions will meet at the studio, 23446 Woodward, unless otherwise noted

  1. Hi Jeff, I’m feeling better, but so cautious! I have worked out a little this weekend, but want to give a short run, and slight lifting on my own before hindering you and the MCB crew. I feel that i should be ok to try Wed. one on one with you. Hopefully, will be back to full strength by end of week. Will see you Wed. Barb
