Motor City Bootcamp training schedule for week of 1/27

 Infiterra Sports Kahtoola Mountain Run is this Sunday. 4k or 8k run at Pine Knob. Does running sledding hills suck? Yep. Is it oddly fun, even in a masochistic way? Yep. Go check it out.
MCB Notes
 – the new schedule is posted. Yes, it’s correct. Bring your boxing gloves to the outdoor session tomorrow morning. We’ll be doing a stair / boxing training session
 – we have some black running gloves with the Muddy Watters Trail Series logo (skull and crossbones) that we’re selling for $5. If you want a pair, let me know
 – if you missed the note last week, Diamonds & Dirt Women’s Adventure Run is now open for registration. If you want to sign up at a discounted rate, hit the link and do it in the next 10 days!

 – you’ll notice some “open” workouts on the schedule. That means the workout will be posted, though I probably will NOT be leading it. I need a heads up if you plan on coming to any of the open sessions

85 per month
125 for 10 session punch card
20 drop in fee for any 5:30 am session

 

 Motor City Bootcamp Elite (all sessions on the schedule)
125 per month
165 for 10 session punch card
25 drop in fee for any session other than 5:30 am

– All training sessions will meet at the studio, 23446 Woodward, unless otherwise noted

– Open workouts are for anyone participating in any of the WPE / MCB programs

– Boxing Conditioning is a private group – only available if you’ve purchased a burst/boxing package

– You MUST confirm a spot for ANY of the Open sessions. If not, WPE reserves the right to exclude you from that session

  1. hi Jeff, Im gonna come to the AM workout, BUT-my gloves are at the studio. Hate to ask, but can you get them for me? Sorry. Plan is to come Friday as well. Thanks, Barb
