Motor City Bootcamp training schedule for the week of 1/6

Please note that Wednesday’s workout will meet in the basment of the Chester Deck and not the roof top

I need a head count for the Saturday 9am workout downtown. You need to be registered for it if you’re coming. Fee will go to Gloves-on.com. If you coming, contact me and I’ll give you the link to sign up for it

Can you meet the US Air Force fitness requirements? You should be able to. If not, it’s a great goal to have. As Liz would put it, you should always be fit enough to go into the military. Find out if you’d get in http://afrotc.com/admissions/requirements-standards/fitness/

 

* Please read the following “training conditions”

– All training sessions will meet at the studio, 23446 Woodward, unless otherwise noted

– Open workouts are for anyone participating in any of the WPE / MCB programs

– Boxing Conditioning is a private group – only available if you’ve purchased a burst/boxing package

– You MUST confirm a spot for ANY of the workouts. If not, WPE reserves the right to exclude you from that session
