MCB Notes
– the new schedule is posted. READ IT. You’ll see some changes. The “boxing conditioning” workouts are now private workouts, unless you’ve purchased a package, or a drop in, for that particular workout. The open workouts are just that, open. Anyone participating in any MCB or WPE program can participate at no charge. Please, please, please… I want you to start confirming a spot for any of the training sessions you plan on attending. It makes my life MUCH easier while trying to plan out a routine. www.jeffwatters.wordpress.com

– note the Saturday MCB workout at 9 am. This may end up being an outdoor session, still open to everyone. Watch for a midweek update on specifics

* Please ready the following “training conditions”

– All training sessions will meet at the studio, 23446 Woodward, unless otherwise noted

– Open workouts are for anyone participating in any of the WPE / MCB programs

– Boxing Conditioning is a private group – only available if you’ve purchased a burst/boxing package

– You MUST confirm a spot for ANY of the workouts. If not, WPE reserves the right to exclude you from that session
