Find a stairwell with at least 4 flights – basement can count. If you’re local and you don’t know where to go – visit the Chester Street deck in bham.
Start in the basement, or lowest floor, run to the top floor and back to the basement. Then run to the 3rd floor (assuming there’s 4 floors) and back to the basement. Then 3 and 2. When you finish that entire sequence, do 100 squats, 100 crunches and 100 pushups.
Do it again, but skip the 4th floor. Same exercises at the bottom.
Start over at the 3rd floor… you get the idea.
You’ll alwasy finish the entire set of running IE: 4th to basement, 3rd to basment, 2nd to basment before doing the exercises.
