– This weeks training schedule is posted below. No real changes other than the Saturday Bloomer workout. Speaking of which…
– To participate in the Bloomer workout you MUST pre register for it. Plan on 30 minutes of an ass kicking. Hills, stairs, trails, yadda, yadda… it’s for a good cause. Sign on for it and I’ll give you a free 5 workout punch card for anything on the schedule.
– Don’t forget about our Women’s running group / Yoga on Tuesday night at the studio. Workout is for a suggested $10 donation that goes towards our charity partner,
– Cool race to check out for you trail runners out there
– Visit the blog this week for a new “batch” of bandit workouts.

WPE Studio is located at 23446 Woodward Ave in Ferndale

* denotes “fusion” workout (back to back sessions that will include TRX, kettle bell, boxing and interval work)

Training Fees

– 1st month of training – $280

– each additional month of training – $140

– 10 sessions “punch card” – $225

– drop in workout fee – $30
