The “my training” segment of my blog will now consist of a Monday workout plan that will lay out the entire week rather than a day by day account. Training camp to start on 1/23 and will keep the specifics of the workouts private for the duration.
Monday – MCB – Run, Lift, Box (lighter bag work at wpe)
Tuesday – Longer Run, Lift, Box (sparring at Kronk)
Wednesday – MCB – Run (short), Lift, Box (light bag work)
Thursday – Off, unless sparring day
Friday – MCB – Run (short), Lift, Box (light bag work)
Saturday – Longest run, easy lifting
Sunday – Off
