45 minute run

chest press (body weight) / pullups as many reps as possible x 5 sets, no rest

Boxing – 5 rounds, 5 minutes on 90 seconds off

1/6

20 minute run

clean & jerk, situp, step up squat x 12 reps x 5 sets

Boxing – 3 rounds, 2 minutes on 30 seconds off

1/7

1/4 mile run, 50 situps, 50 pushups, 50 biceps, 50 triceps x 4 sets

Boxing – 3 rounds x 3 minutes on, 1 minute off
