30 minute run

10 ring pushups / 14 heavy kbell snatch (7 per) x 15 minutes

Boxing – 3 rounds x 5 minutes on, 90 seconds off

20 minute run

10, 9, 8…down to 1 reps squat clean/ 1, 2, 3…up to 10 reps jerk

Boxing – 3 rounds x 3 minutes on, 30 seconds off
