straight bar biceps curl / trx biceps body curl / dumbbell hammer curl x failure x 5 sets

skull krushers / close grip dumbbell press / kickbacks x failure x 5 sets

boxing, 3 rounds x 1 minute on, 20 seconds off

 

12/14

20 minute run

barbell snatch squat x 10

straight leg situps x 15

straight leg strap raises x 20

x 3 sets

boxing – 3 rounds x 5 minutes on, 90 seconds off
