20 minutes of jump rope

biceps ez curl followed by trx curls follwed by dbell hammer curls. Max reps x 3 sets

triceps skull crushers followed by close grip press followed by kickbacks. Max reps x 3 sets

olympic clean and jerk x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 – increasing weight each set
