45 minute run. 8 max speed, 8 max incline

Heavy squats x 3, 3, 3 increasing weight each set

TRX Rows / Heavy kbell swing x 21, 15, 9

Boxing – 6 speed rounds x 1 minute on, 30 seconds off

Lunch / Nap

Hamtramck Boxing Club – 3 rounds of light, live sparring… fuck yeah!
