10 minute warm up with a light run, mountain climbers, jumping jacks… something

Jailhouse pushups (look it up on youtube) x 10. Follow with 100 mountain climbers and 100 scissor kicks

Jailhouse pushups x 8

Keep descending, only the even sets

Once you’ve done your 2 set, get some sort of weight or kettlebell and do 2 sets of turkish get ups, 10 per side

Start over on the jailhouse pushups, but doing the odd sets. Still doing scissor kicks and mountain climbers at the end of each set

Once you finish your 1 set, do the kettlebell work again
