My Training 11/21

Not the best day to start bootcamp at 5:30 am. Excuse? Maybe… about 2 hours sleep not conducive to actually working out. Left it at teaching. Try again on Wednesday. Did get in for some FAST “other” stuff

800 meter run followed by situps, superman, bicep curls, tricep dips x 50 each x 3 sets

NO boxing
