short warm up run – 20 minutes – max speed 5, max incline 1. As an FYI, if you’re wondering WTF with the slow paced runs, it’s because I’m using them as some simple pace work and a basic warm up. My speed work is going to come with MCB and my current boxing program.

barbell thrusters, heavy – 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 adding weight per set

boxing – 6 rounds x 2 minutes
