My Training 11/11

another easy run day. 20 minutes of light intervals – max speed 5, 0 incline

barbell biceps curl with skull krushers x 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1

Next week (or the following, pending the new babies schedule) will begin phase 2, adding in am MCB 3 days per week
